Who these terms cover

These terms apply to the Spectraforge Audio website and to Spectraforge Audio products including Silk, Gloss, and Fold. The business operator is Spectraforge Audio Ltd, 41 Northampton Road, Bromham, Bedford, MK43 8PB, United Kingdom. Product checkout, payment processing, taxes, receipts, downloads, and refund processing are handled through Lemon Squeezy unless a checkout page states otherwise.

Software licence

Products from Spectraforge Audio are sold as one-off purchases unless checkout states otherwise. You receive a personal licence to use the software on your own machines for commercial and non-commercial music, audio, content, and client work. The software is licensed, not sold. You may not redistribute, resell, share, publish, or transfer the software, installer, licence file, or Lemon Squeezy licence key.

A single-seat licence is for one person or one purchasing entity. Team, studio, classroom, or multi-user use needs separate seats unless the purchase page or a written agreement says otherwise.

Downloads and offline licences

Your Lemon Squeezy receipt contains your download link and Lemon Squeezy licence key. To unlock the product offline, use the matching Spectraforge licence page to generate a signed product licence file: Silk.silk-license, Gloss.gloss-license, or Fold.fold-license.

Keep your receipt, Lemon Squeezy licence key, and offline licence file private. If you lose access, contact support from the purchase email address so we can help verify the order.

Offline licence files are generated only from valid Lemon Squeezy licence keys for the matching product and purchase email. Refunded, disabled, expired, or wrong-product keys are not eligible for new offline licence files. If Lemon Squeezy returns an expiry date, the offline file carries that expiry; otherwise the offline file is intended to remain valid for the licensed version family.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the audio, files, projects, and rights you use with the products. Do not use the software to infringe rights, bypass platform rules, redistribute paid installers, tamper with licence checks, or misrepresent Spectraforge Audio products as your own software.

Refunds

Spectraforge products include a 30-day money-back guarantee unless a checkout page states otherwise. Refunds are handled through Lemon Squeezy's refund process. We may refuse refund requests linked to fraud, refund abuse, redistributed installers, shared licence keys, or requests outside the stated refund window.

Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights that apply to faulty, misdescribed, or unavailable digital content. Because the products are digital downloads, checkout may ask you to consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that cancellation rights can be affected once downloading starts.

Updates and compatibility

We may provide bug fixes, compatibility updates, and product improvements. A one-off licence covers the version family described at purchase; it does not guarantee every future paid major upgrade unless the purchase page says so. Supported platforms and plugin formats are listed on each product page and may change as operating systems and DAWs change.

Support

Email info@spectraforgeaudio.com for purchase, install, licensing, refund, or product issues. Include the product, version, operating system, DAW or app build where relevant, and steps to repeat the issue. Do not send raw licence keys, unreleased music, private client files, or sensitive project material in the first message.

Warranties and liability

The products are workflow and audio tools. They are provided without a promise that they will meet every creative, technical, platform, delivery, or commercial requirement. Always keep backups of your original projects and files. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spectraforge Audio is not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses, and total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product that caused the claim.

Governing law

Unless consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
