This page summarizes how Spectraforge Audio handles checkout, downloads, refunds, offline licence files, privacy, support, and public endorsements across Silk, Gloss, and Fold.

Checkout and digital delivery
Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy unless a product page states otherwise. Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts, downloads, refund processing, and Lemon Squeezy licence keys.
Products are digital downloads. By completing checkout and using the immediate download, licence key, or offline licence-file flow, you ask for immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that any cancellation rights can be affected once digital delivery begins. This does not remove statutory consumer rights for faulty, misdescribed, or unavailable digital content.
Refunds
Spectraforge products include a 30-day money-back guarantee unless checkout states otherwise. Refunds are handled through Lemon Squeezy and support. We may refuse refund requests linked to fraud, refund abuse, redistributed installers, shared licence keys, or requests outside the stated refund window. Statutory consumer rights still apply.
Downloads and offline licence files
Your Lemon Squeezy receipt contains the product download link and Lemon Squeezy licence key. The matching Spectraforge licence page turns a valid Lemon Squeezy key and purchase email into a signed offline licence file: Silk.silk-license, Gloss.gloss-license, or Fold.fold-license.
Refunded, disabled, expired, or wrong-product Lemon Squeezy keys cannot generate new offline licence files. If Lemon Squeezy returns an expiry date, the offline file carries that expiry. Otherwise, offline licence files are intended to remain valid for the licensed version family.
Licence recovery and email changes
If you lose an offline licence file, use the matching licence page again with the Lemon Squeezy key and purchase email from your receipt. If you no longer have the receipt, email support from the purchase email address with the product name and any Lemon Squeezy order ID you can find.
If your purchase email changes, email support from the original purchase email when possible. Include the new email address, product name, Lemon Squeezy order ID, and enough receipt detail to verify the order. Do not send raw licence keys in the first message.
Product limits and acceptable use
Silk, Gloss, and Fold are focused workflow tools. They do not guarantee release outcomes, fix every source, bypass platform policies, replace rights clearance, or satisfy every label, distributor, engineer, or collaborator requirement. You are responsible for the audio, files, projects, permissions, and rights you use with the products.
Privacy and local files
Silk and Gloss process audio locally on your machine. Fold copies and packages the files you choose locally. The website does not upload your audio, project files, local file paths, song names, handoff-pack contents, or private notes for product processing. Only send files to support if we specifically ask for a safe diagnostic sample.
Optional analytics and advertising tools, including Google Analytics or Meta Pixel when configured, load only after cookie consent. Privacy requests for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or consent withdrawal can be sent to info@spectraforgeaudio.com.
Providers, retention, and transfers
Provider categories may include Lemon Squeezy, Vercel, optional Google Analytics, optional Meta Pixel, email/support handling, release downloads, and security. We keep purchase, licence, refund, support, and optional analytics records for as long as needed to provide products, meet accounting and legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain licence access, and understand campaign performance.
Some providers may process personal data outside the UK or EEA. Where that happens, we rely on the provider's applicable transfer safeguards, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or another lawful transfer mechanism.
Testimonials and endorsements
We do not currently publish official customer testimonials. Any future testimonial or endorsement should have written permission, approved attribution, product/version context, and disclosure of any material connection such as a discount, affiliate relationship, free licence, or beta access.
